Terms and Conditions:

1. Most of the items are PRE-ORDERED,except those with  READY STOCKS.
    All orders(READY STOCKS) are shipped within 1-3 working days(not including   weekends).
   All orders(PRE-ORDERED) are shipped within 10-14 working days (not including weekends).
 Please place orders before the deadline stated on the page. We feel sorry to those who can't wait for it.
目前为止，大部分的货物都是预购的哦~所有现货都会在确认收到款项后的三个工作日寄出(不包括假日)：所有预购的产品都会在确认收到款项后的10到14天收到货物(不包括假日).请各位买家在每一次的预购截止之前下单并汇款。请各位买家不要下单如果你不能接受~


2.Price negotiation is NOT ALLOWED. We do not entertain any fool or bargain as we are merely doing a small business, thanks for any inconvenience caused.

3. There will be a detailed measurement for each item, please kindly refer to it before you place order.
每一个产品都有标明产品尺寸供买家们参考。


4. Please understand that we do not accept RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We will always double check before the items to be sent out.
货物寄出或款项收到后，恕不接受退款或交换。各位买家放心，我们的确定您购买的产品后才寄出。


5. We only accept order via email, facebook message(Account: Daphne NG). It's first come first serve based,so, grab it before it's gone(Ready Stocks)!
请买家们将订单email或者发信息到店主Daphne Ng的脸书。


6. You should understand us that there might have sewing, little stain, colour fade, wearing problems, color of the items will be different due to the computer screen setting. It will standardize by actual products. please think clearly before you order.
我们会预先检查产品的实货才决定是否介绍给买家们。所以切的：线头、车工不好、一点点的小污点、下水洗过退色、小小的脱线勾针，颜色不喜欢，穿着不舒服，产品质量不好，产品没有和实图中的漂亮，太大或者太小等理由. 都不能做為退貨的理由。如果买家们不能接受，请不要下订单~


7. All the items price DO NOT include postage EXCEPT Accessories FREE postage with every RM100 purchase in single order. Please scroll down to view our shipping chart.
全部的价钱都不包括邮费，除了西马（耳环，项链，手环，发式）凡购满RM100就包邮！请遵照我们提供的邮费计算表。


8. Once your order has been shipped,you will receive a message with your tracking number. We do not take responsibility on any lost,delay or damage during delivery.
一旦买家们的货品被寄出后，买家们将会收到快递的追踪号码。任何和损失或者延迟发生在快递途中，店主一旦不负责任，不过店主会帮忙追踪哦~

PS：We accept hand to hand service at KSL.
       我们接受面交在KSL，地点我们决定。


We will send you our Bank Account Number once the order has been confirmed. Please note that we will only place order after received the money, make sure you had done fully payment after you confirm your order and make sure your receipts are well-kept.
当买家们确认订单后请向店主索取户口号码。请在确认订单后的三天内付清全款，否则订单将会被取消。
